Censum legitimacy, safety, and reviewer information.
Censum is an independent property-tax analytics service operated as Censum LLC, an Axl Holdings company. This page collects the public signals a homeowner, journalist, partner, payment reviewer, or site validator should check before trusting the service.

What Censum is, and what it is not
Independent analytics
Censum checks public property, assessment, sales, appeal, and county-process records to help homeowners decide whether an appeal path looks worth reviewing.
No government affiliation
Censum is not affiliated with any county, assessor, board of review, appraisal district, or government office. Censum does not make county decisions.
No legal or tax advice
Censum is not a law firm or CPA firm. Public resources and packets are informational and workflow-focused. Customers remain responsible for deadlines and final filing decisions unless a separately authorized lane applies.
No guaranteed outcome
The county controls appeal outcomes. Censum shows modeled appeal odds and evidence context, but no reduction or savings result is guaranteed.
