Tier A · One-time $199

If we're wrong,
next year is on us.

Lose your Tier A appeal at the Cook County Board of Review? Your $199 is automatically credited forward to next year's filing. You don't lose. You just learn — and so does our model.

01
You buy the packet

$199 unlocks your full Tier A evidence packet and registers you for guarantee tracking.

02
You file with the Board

Submit your appeal to the Cook County BOR using the pre-filled form. We track the docket.

03
If you lose, we credit

No reduction granted? Your $199 is auto-credited to next year's Tier A packet. No paperwork.

Why credit-forward, not refund?

BOR decisions take 60 to 180 days. By the time we know whether you won, the next assessment cycle is approaching. Refunding cash you'd just spend on the next attempt is friction without value.

A credit forward keeps you in the game. Year 1 BOR decisions become Year 2 training data — which means our model gets better at scoring your specific township by the next time you file. Your second attempt has a meaningfully higher win probability than your first.

And if you win Year 2 with the credit, you got two filings for the price of one.

The fine print

  • · Available on Tier A and A+ packets only.
  • · "Lose" means the Board of Review issues a final decision with $0 reduction in your assessed value.
  • · Credit applies to a Tier A or A+ packet for the same property the following assessment cycle.
  • · You must actually file the appeal with the Board within the open window using the packet we provide.
  • · Credit is non-transferable and expires if not used within 18 months.
