Open to people 18 or older who have an eligible residential property in a live Censum market to check, or who are authorized to check that property. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Censum are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
Use the free checker at censum.tax/win, view your result, and submit the giveaway form on the result page. You may also enter without using the checker or submitting a property address/PIN by emailing hello@censum.tax with the subject "Free Appeal Package Giveaway Entry" and your name, email, and a statement that you meet the eligibility requirements. Censum requests property details from the winner only as needed to fulfill the prize.
One winner receives one free Censum appeal package for one checked eligible property. The prize has no cash value, is not transferable, and does not guarantee a lower assessment, lower taxes, or a successful appeal.
Winner selection is by random drawing from eligible entries. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Censum may verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
Free checker lookups do not require email. Giveaway email is used for entry administration and prize notice unless you separately opt in to marketing emails.
